Vineyards
Our four vineyards express the variety and complexity of the characteristics of our territory. They are located in three districts of our country, Barbassano, Casale and Calore. During the year, for each of the vineyards the shoots are trellised to obtain a high leaf wall, the differentiated leaf peeling along the bunches band to allow to better face the adversities and at the same time modulate the ripening, the thinning of the excess bunches for the improvement of the final quality of the grapes.
